Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and schemas in Snowflake.
Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
Write efficient SQL queries and optimize workloads for performance and cost.
Implement best practices for data security, governance, and access control.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Use Git for source control, code reviews, and deployment workflows.
Support and enhance existing Snowflake environments and data integrations.
Document data models, pipelines, and technical designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data engineering.
Snowflake or cloud platform certifications.
