Position - Rust Developer(AWS) Experience - 5+Years Location - Bangalore About The Role List in order of importance, the 5 essential job functions and estimate the percentage of time spent on each. Total must equal 100%. 15% Working with key stakeholders to create a well architected design across Retail systems 50% Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability using Rust. Build and maintain APIs for our client/ store facing applications. Work with serverless technologies within the AWS ecosystem to create efficient and cost-effective software solutions. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, documentation, whiteboard discussions, stand-ups, and pair-programming sessions. 15% Ensure code quality, organization, and automation through comprehensive testing and code review practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. 20% Stay up to date with current best practices in Rust programming, serverless architectures, and AWS services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, drive best practices. Help drive continuous improvement in the team Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
