Role & responsibilities

Assist with infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, cost/security optimization, and performance tuning across AWS, GCP & Other Clouds

• Troubleshoot real-time issues and support production environments Collaborate with product & engineering teams to build and enhance internal automation platforms
• Handle real-time incidents with a fire-fighter mindset think fast, act responsibly, remain calm
• Leverage IDEs and AI tools to improve automation efficiency, debugging, and code quality
• Actively participate in team discussions and collaborative development, continuously learning from senior mentors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient systems
• Document findings, learnings, SOPs, and best practices to maintain strong operational hygiene
• Build automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability workflows
• Contribute to the tech community through blogs, whitepapers, screencasts, webinars, and technical content

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking motivated freshers with a strong technical mindset and eagerness to learn cloud, automation, and infrastructure engineering. Youll work alongside senior engineers in our Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, R&D, and Cloud Support teams, solving day-to-day DevOps challenges for 350+ customers across industries. Youll work hands-on from day one. Automating, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud environments. Youll touch Docker, CI/CD, automation tooling, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and learn how large scale systems are built, secured, and tuned for performance and cost from teams who do this every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in DevOps, Linux, cloud technologies, and automation Basic understanding of at least one programming/scripting language (Python / Bash / Shell)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD basics, Docker, Kubernetes concepts, or cloud fundamentals is a plus
• Willingness to learn fast and adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take ownership, and deliver
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
