AWS Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using

  AWS Glue, Redshift, and Lambda

  .
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows using

  Python, PySpark, and Spark

  .
• Integrate diverse data sources into centralized data platforms.
• Design and maintain data models, warehouse solutions, and schemas.
• Ensure performance tuning, data quality, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects) to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

  AWS data engineering

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise with

  AWS Glue, Redshift, Lambda

  .
• Proficiency in

  Python & PySpark

  for ETL/ELT.
• Good knowledge of

  MySQL

  and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with

  Spark

  for big data processing.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AWS services like S3, Athena, Kinesis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
