About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in PySpark, AWS, DBT, Kafka, and Snowflake, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices in data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using PySpark and Apache Kafka.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using DBT and orchestrate data pipelines to support data transformation and ingestion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing and performance optimization.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, etc.).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of data workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the data lifecycle.
• Monitor and optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong experience with PySpark for data processing at scale.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services, especially related to data processing and storage (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda).
• Hands-on experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation.
• Solid experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse architecture and optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
