AWS Cloud Data Engineer Senior Associate

Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Associate in the Data, Analytics & Specialist Managed Service tower, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities at this management level include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. - Be flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments. - Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Review ticket quality and deliverables, provide status reporting for the project. - Adhere to SLAs, with experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. - Seek and embrace opportunities that give exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Use straightforward communication in a structured way when influencing and connecting with others. - Read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working directly with clients and leading engagements. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Be a good team player, take up cross-competency work, and contribute to COE activities. - Manage escalation and risk. Qualification Required: - AWS Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building advanced Data warehousing solutions on leading cloud platforms. - Minimum 5 years of Operate/Managed Services/Production Support Experience. - Extensive experience in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines. - Design and implementation of data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in AWS. - Building efficient ETL/ELT processes using industry-leading tools like AWS, AWS GLUE, AWS Lambda, etc. - Experience in data validation, cleansing procedures, data security, and privacy measures. - Strong communication, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities. - Hands-on experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, Collibra, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, etc. - Experience with ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Release management, etc. Additional Company Details: At PwC, the Managed Services platform delivers scalable solutions grounded in deep industry experience and powered by talent.
