AVP/VP - Debt Syndication

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - **Lead Debt Syndication Transactions:** Oversee the structuring and execution of debt syndication transactions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market conditions. - **Relationship Management:** Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions. - **Origination & Execution of Deals:** Source, originate, and execute corporate and structured finance deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. - **Negotiation & Closing:** Lead negotiations with lenders and key stakeholders to finalize and close funding agreements effectively. - **Credit Analysis & Due Diligence:** Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence on borrowers, projects, and financial structures to assess risk and ensure deal viability. - **Market Insight:** Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and economic developments to ensure the company remains competitive and well-informed. - **Team Leadership:** Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Your required skills and qualifications include: - **Experience:** 15+ years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance, and structured financing, with a proven track record of successfully executing complex debt transactions. - **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the debt capital markets, including syndicated lending, structured finance, and project financing. - **Relationship Management:** Strong network and established relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other key market participants. - **Negotiation Skills:** Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, with the ability to manage and navigate complex funding agreements. - **Analytical Expertise:** Advanced credit analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risk in large-scale transactions. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex financial concepts to senior executives and clients. - **Leadership:** Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and working collaboratively across departments.,
