AVP / VP Consumer Research & Analytics

As the Asst Vice President or Vice President of Consumer Research and Analytics at FeeBac, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capture, analysis, and presentation of consumer sentiment to drive product development, platform engagement, and brand partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and leading FeeBac's research and analytics business strategy by utilizing user behavior data, survey responses, and app usage insights. - Designing and overseeing quantitative and qualitative surveys to gather consumer opinions on various topics, brand feedback, and societal themes. - Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling storytelling for internal stakeholders, product teams, and external brand partners. - Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and audience engagement metrics. - Developing benchmark dashboards, user personas, segmentation models, and trend reports. - Engaging with external agencies or clients for sponsored survey projects, research whitepapers, or industry reports. - Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and ethical handling of user information. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 8-12 years of experience in consumer insights, digital analytics, or market research, preferably with top Consumer/Market Research Companies. - A strong foundation in survey design, sentiment analysis, segmentation, and behavioral data. - Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL, and advanced Excel. - Exposure to data science or AI-driven insights would be a bonus. - Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven narratives. - Leadership experience in managing small cross-functional teams.
