AVP Virtual Relationship

As a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at the leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), your role will involve managing outsourced call centers and contact centers to drive suggestive sales of mutual funds. You will need a strong understanding of mutual fund products, relationship management, and outsourced vendor management to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee outsourced call centers and contact centers to ensure effective execution of sales and service strategies. - Train and monitor the performance of agents handling mutual fund sales. - Establish KPIs and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors. - Drive suggestive sales of mutual funds through effective sales scripts, training, and coaching. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. - Identify new opportunities to enhance mutual fund sales through digital engagement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual engagement. - Address client queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner. - Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for investors. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in mutual fund sales. - Implement quality control measures to enhance customer experience. - Conduct periodic audits and evaluations to maintain service excellence. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics of the outsourced contact center. - Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and customer interactions. - Optimize processes based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.,
