Job Description

As an AVP Sales focusing on Institution Tie ups with Colleges and Universities for IgnifyCareers.com, your role will involve building and maintaining strong partnerships with educational institutions in Mumbai and nearby regions. You will engage with decision-makers to present our platform and services, conduct product presentations and demos, negotiate agreements, and act as the primary relationship manager for partnered institutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher education institutions in Mumbai and nearby regions. - Engaging with Training & Placement Heads, Principals, Directors, and decision-makers to present IgnifyCareers.com's platform and services. - Conducting impactful product presentations and live demos highlighting career readiness, interview preparation, and skilling solutions. - Negotiating and closing institutional agreements to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Acting as the primary relationship manager for partnered institutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Tracking market developments and providing strategic feedback to leadership for product improvement. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or partnership management in the education sector. A strong, existing network of college/university decision-makers in Mumbai is essential, along with a proven track record of successfully selling educational products, placement solutions, or skilling programs. Preferred profiles include former Training & Placement Officers / Heads, Senior Education Consultants, and professionals with exposure to private engineering, MBA, degree colleges, and universities. Key Skills & Attributes: - Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. - Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
