About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP – Projects to lead, plan, and execute high-rise residential projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing large-scale residential towers, with proven leadership, technical proficiency, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

2. Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex high-rise projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement technical strategies for high-rise construction, driving business growth and improving project outcomes.

4. Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing technical teams with expertise in high-rise construction.

5. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

6. Ensure adherence to design specifications, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance.

7. Monitor project progress through MIS reports and ensure timely project completion.

6. Ensure high standards of safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.

7. Collaborate closely with senior management and provide periodic project status updates.

Qualification & Experience

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

· 12–15+ years of experience in Project Management within Real Estate/Construction.

· Must have executed and delivered high-rise residential towers (preferably 20+ floors).

· Strong exposure to modern construction techniques, Mivan, structural design understanding, and MEP coordination.

· Experience in planning tools like MS Project

· Knowledge of building information modelling (BIM) and construction technology

· Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
