AVP - Product Management (AdTech)

As a specialist in product Ads, you will be responsible for developing and executing Pocket FM's advertising strategy from end to end. This includes overseeing the ad tech stack, programmatic supply and demand, and direct sales initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you will play a key role at the intersection of revenue, product, growth, and operations. You will have the autonomy to scale and innovate our monetization engine in India and global markets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive ad monetization strategy encompassing programmatic, direct, and branded formats. - Lead the evolution of our ad-tech stack including SSPs, DSPs, mediation, pricing engines, and yield optimization. - Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to create seamless, relevant, and revenue-maximizing ad experiences. - Drive growth in direct and programmatic demand by establishing scalable pipelines and building relationships with advertisers and agencies. - Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on branded content, audio-first campaigns, and category-specific innovation. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Ad-tech and monetization with expertise in programmatic and direct demand. - Proficiency in ad infrastructure including SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, DMPs, MMPs, and yield tools. - Experience in high-growth consumer tech environments such as OTT, gaming, audio, or marketplaces. - Strong business and product intuition with the ability to align long-term strategy with short-term execution. - Proven track record of building and leading cross-functional teams. - Bonus: Familiarity with audio advertising, branded storytelling formats, or global exposure in markets like the US, SEA, or MENA.,
