Job Description

The role of Assistant Vice President, Life and Annuity Practice is currently open for applications. As a highly experienced domain expert in Life, Annuity, and employee benefits insurance operations or business consulting, you will be joining our dynamic Life and Annuity (L&A) practice team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing product roadmaps to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends, providing strategic consulting on L&A insurance processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in L&A operations, solutioning for response to proposals, and creating thought leadership content to enhance mindshare in the marketplace. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include extensive experience in life and annuity insurance operations or consulting, a proven track record in product management within the L&A domain, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications or skills that would be beneficial for this role include industry-specific certifications or qualifications, experience working in a global or multinational environment, and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.,
