As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of International Sales at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee international sales operations. You will be required to develop and execute business plans, manage accounts, and ensure successful sales strategies are implemented. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and increase market presence. This full-time on-site position is based in Delhi. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement international sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. - Drive market penetration and expansion in targeted regions and markets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging and established markets. - Lead, mentor, and manage international sales teams across various regions. - Ensure alignment of the global sales team with corporate objectives, driving high performance. - Provide guidance and support to regional sales managers to achieve sales targets. - Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Oversee sales forecasting and reporting on international sales performance. - Develop and manage the international sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Qualifications: - Proven experience in developing and implementing successful international sales strategies. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage sales teams effectively. - Excellent analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer needs. - Ability to drive market expansion and achieve sales targets. - Budget management experience to ensure efficient resource utilization.
