AVP - Front Office Application Support

As a member of the M&G Global Services team, you will be part of a dynamic organization that is dedicated to providing valuable services to the M&G plc group of companies. Your role will involve working closely with the Front Office Application support team, taking on responsibilities such as Incident Management, driving Service Improvement initiatives, and prioritizing tasks within the Front Office area. You will be expected to collaborate with business users to identify areas for workflow enhancement and work with Aladdin ASM, BlackRock, and Aladdin Change managers for issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Front Office Application support team for Incident Management - Drive Service Improvement initiatives within the Front Office area - Prioritize tasks in the Front Office book of work - Work in 3 different time zones on a rotation basis, including weekends for critical activities - Champion the use of Aladdin throughout the business - Understand the Trade Life Cycle and prioritize issues based on criticality - Maintain logs, track issues, and document resolutions for future reference - Provide MI specific to each regional service review (UK, Europe, APAC, Americas) - Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Failover activities - Resolve queries related to Business critical applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg, WSO, etc. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Front Office Application support - Strong understanding of the Trade Life Cycle - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in different time zones and weekends - Familiarity with applications such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, WSO, etc. At M&G Global Services, we are committed to creating an exceptional work environment for exceptional talent, where our diverse service offerings and collaborative culture provide exciting career growth opportunities.
