Required Skills and Qualificationsx Strong understanding and work experience of BlackRocks Aladdin platform, including its functionalities and architecture. Proven experience in a techno-functional role, ideally within asset management or financial services. Solid knowledge of financial instruments, Investment management business, portfolio management, and risk analytics Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business users and technical teams Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of techno functional experience in BlackRock Aladdin and other Investment management products like Charles River (StateStreet), SimCorp Dimension etc Certifications on BlackRock Aladdin Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the Aladdin platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Aladdins capabilities. Support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Aladdin modules to meet business needs. Work with QA teams to develop and execute test plans for system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Provide training and support to end-users as part of UAT/change management ensuring they maximize the platform's functionality. Stay updated on Aladdin's latest features and functionalities to recommend innovative solutions.
