AVP

Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and manage a large team within the F&A function.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Must have
on-paper team handling experience
.
Financial Operations:
Oversee and manage all core F&A towers, including
Record to Report (RTR), General Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Order to Cash (OTC)
.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Communication & Collaboration:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on financial goals and business objectives.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum of
15+ years of experience
in
F&A
, with a strong background in
RTR, General Accounting, AP, and OTC
.
Current Role:
Must be currently working as a
Senior Manager or above
.
Education:
A
B.Com, BBA, or MBA
degree is required.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
are mandatory.
