AVP - Deal Support Team

As a Specialist at Barclays, you will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and embed an ongoing roadmap to provide market-leading tools for Relationship Directors (RDs) and Coverage. - Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to offer world-class learning. - Support the delivery of market-leading client collateral to provide a competitive advantage to RDs. - Collaborate with Product to develop industry/segment-focused products and multi-product solutions. - Develop the data capability across UK Corporate to deliver client insights for acquisitions and increased wallet share. - Maximize the positive impact of UCRM and Salesforce as tools for Corporate Banking. - Implement agreed minimum standards and best practices across UK Corporate. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Ability to work in a variable business environment with tight deadlines. - Understanding of the financial services industry, especially commercial or investment banking. - Familiarity with financial statements and ratios. - Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to synthesize and summarize information concisely. - Experience working in financial services institutions is preferred. - Passion for adding value through sound analysis and recommendations. - Flexibility to work in shifts, particularly in the UK.
