AVP Complaint Root Cause Analysis

As an Assistant Vice President Complaint Root Cause Analysis in the Banking & Financial Services industry located in Noida, your role involves analyzing customer complaints to identify root causes and systemic issues. You will be required to translate insights into actionable improvements across products, operations, and channels. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with complaint-handling regulations that are DISP/FCA aligned. Leading and coaching a team to drive performance and accountability will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders and influence change, while strengthening governance, controls, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and systemic issues. - Translate insights into actionable improvements across products, operations, and channels. - Ensure compliance with complaint-handling regulations (DISP/FCA aligned). - Lead and coach a team, driving performance and accountability. - Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and influence change. - Strengthen governance, controls, and risk management.
