We are seeking a seasoned

Change Management Consultant

with strong expertise in leading organizational change in

large-scale projects

HR and consulting environments

. The ideal candidate will drive the human side of change through structured change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning to ensure successful adoption and sustained outcomes.

Required Skills

Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale, enterprise-level projects
