Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Vice President - Change Management Lead at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving organizational change initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all change projects align with business objectives and deliver desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement change management strategies and plans. - Lead organizational change initiatives from start to finish. - Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations. - Design and deliver training and communication programs. - Engage and support customers at all levels. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with change. - Supervise progress and report on change initiatives. - Establish and deliver vital reporting to supervise project performance and outcomes. - Drive visibility for and understanding of GBO initiatives with key customer groups. - Define project scope with key customers and ensure benefits are identified and tracked. - Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in fulfilling the role of change sponsor. - Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors. - Implement change management process and tools to support adoption of project changes. - Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans. - Work closely with various teams, partners, function heads, and customers at all levels. - Proactively handle project risks, resolve issues, and address partner concerns. Qualifications Required: - Must have a PROSCI certification. - 14 to 22 years of experience in Change Management. - Strong end-to-end business processes, applications, and systems knowledge. - Experience in driving transformational capability building. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
