AVP Brand Solution

As an AVP / Senior Manager in the New Business & Brand Partnerships department at our company, your role will involve leading new business initiatives and brand partnerships within the digital and influencer marketing space. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new partnerships, and enhancing our market presence across various categories. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and across categories to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads by conducting research, outreach, and leveraging industry connections. - Pitch and sell integrated brand solutions, including influencer campaigns, branded content, endorsements, and sponsorship packages. - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals aligned with client objectives and deliver persuasive presentations. - Lead the pitch-to-close cycle, including need assessment, proposal development, pricing, and negotiations. - Generate innovative partnership ideas based on content, creator trends, and brand objectives for efficient and timely deal closures. - Cultivate strong relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and media agency leaders to identify growth opportunities. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer/digital content trends to unlock incremental revenue and identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding post-deal closure by sharing clear briefs, expectations, and commercial terms. Requirements: - 8-10 years of experience in Sales, New Business, Brand Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Media Solutions, or Branded Content. - Proven track record of closing sponsorships, partnerships, or influencer-led deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, creator ecosystem, and brand needs.,
