Annual offered salary-

1. Education: Diploma in Engineering in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Aviation Engineer.

2. Driving License: Valid HMV Driving License or 1 year old LMV license with HMV learners licence at the time of joining is mandatory

3. Passport: Valid Passport at the time of joining is mandatory.

AVIATION FIELD EXECUTIVE - AFS

1. Job Purpose

• To commission and operate Aviation fuel stations as per the approved designed processes and to follow QC, HSSE, Operations guidelines by & deliver the right Quality, Quantity and timely services to scheduled and Non scheduled Airlines contracted with RIL.

2. Accountabilities

a) As Aviation Field Executive AFS.

After reporting to the station manager, to assess the the engg. works and to prepare for L3 audit.

To receive the QC, operational material and refuellers and their safe custody.

To meet the Airport Director and other important contacts, Airline Representatives and DGCA if available at the location

Co ordinate with HO in all respects to obtain the statutory approval

b) Commissioning of AFS

Obtain W&M certificate for prover vessel and refueller meters and obtaining DGCAs approval..

To obtain other statutary approvals like operation of VSAT, telephone lines electrical connection, CCOE pollution control, Shops and Establishment ACT Excise registration, etc..

To receive ATF to top up the tanks and be ready with all documentations.

To be ready for Airline inspections.

c) Operation of AFS.

To ensure daily QC and required inspections are carried out on static and mobile facilities and ensuring proper PPEs for AFS Staff.

Educate new Handymen on refuelling drill and operations.

To maintain all Operating manuals, statutory approvals and other guide lines including file management and management instructions and QC bulletins.

To ensure losses are under control through MIS and regular monitoring

Customer complaints and delay in refuellings to be kept minimum & to be brought to the notice of Station Manager and Head office immediately.

To ensure invoicing is done timely without any errors and its timely submission

d) Cost Control

Controlling of expenditure under utility, maintenance and consumables.

Ensuring timely statutory payments.

e) Statutory and Internal Audits.

All Internal and external Audits to be complied with in the stipulated time.

Information of Airlines Audit to be brought to the notice of HO

f) Training, Development & Best practice.

Identify the training needs of Handymen and security staffs.

Identify projects for improvements in process and encourage staff for suggestion
