Availability & Capacity Management

Role Overview: You should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Availability & Capacity Management. Knowledge of the ITIL framework and operational experience in Availability & Capacity Management is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Working with Service Towers to gather requirements to ensure that new or modified IT services meet availability targets. - Collaborating with Service Towers to create and maintain a comprehensive Capacity Plan that reflects the current and future needs of the business. - Enhancing IT service availability by monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and reporting service and component availability with Service Towers. - Developing and maintaining an Availability Plan in coordination with Service Towers to prioritize and plan IT availability improvements. - Addressing availability-related incidents and problems to ensure that service performance meets or exceeds all agreed performance targets. - Assisting Service Towers in assessing the availability impact of new change requests. - Monitoring IT availability levels, comparing actual levels against targets, and addressing any shortfalls. Qualification Required: - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Availability & Capacity Management - Knowledge of the ITIL framework - Operational experience in Availability & Capacity Management Note: The job location is in Pune and Kochi, and candidates with an immediate to 15 days" notice period will be given preference.,
