Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AV Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team at GS-IT . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales and technical teams by developing customized AV and collaboration solutions tailored to client requirements. This position focuses on solution design, documentation, technical consultation, and proposal support rather than field based work such as site surveys.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored AV solutions.

Design end-to-end AV system architectures, including audio, video, control, conferencing, and network integration.

Create detailed proposals, schematics, and bills of Quality (BoQs) using AV design tools.

Support tenders and RFP responses with accurate technical documentation.

Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and cost optimization.

Stay updated on emerging AV and collaboration technologies.

Provide pre-sales technical support during the entire sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in AV pre-sales, design, or solution engineering.

Strong knowledge of corporate AV systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems.

Proficiency with major AV brands and technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Epson, LG, Samsung).

Ability to create system drawings and technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred)
