Role Overview

AV Design Engineer (CTS Certified)

full-time, on-site position

Key Responsibilities

• broadcast and audio-visual (A/V) systems

• technical drawings, schematics, and documentation

• sales, project, and technical teams

• latest AV and broadcast technologies

• multiple projects simultaneously

• installation, testing, and commissioning phases

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

• AV/broadcast system design

• technical drawing & documentation

• project management skills

• communication and interpersonal skills

• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

• CTS-I or CTS-D

• EASE

• network infrastructure

• ISO-certified environment

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

• independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-time delivery of AV designs and documentation.

• Adherence to project budgets and schedules.
