Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience with embedded software testing methodologies.
Familiarity with CANoe/CANalyzer, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks.
Basic AUTOSAR BSW/RTE knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with CAN NM protocols (AUTOSAR & non-AUTOSAR)
Exposure to functional ECU testing (sensor/actuator flows)

TOOLS / LANGUAGES / PROCESSES:

CAN tools: CANoe / CANalyzer
Hardware debuggers (JTAG, Lauterbach, Segger J-Link)
Git, Jenkins (CI/CD)
Python/C scripting for automated tests
Awareness of ASPICE process requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Safety Requirement-Based Test specifications for MCAL and CDD module targeting ASIL levels AD.
Maintain bidirectional traceability between system/software requirements and test artifacts
Generate and maintain work products required for safety audits and assessments, such as: Test Plans, Test Specifications, Traceability Matrices, Test Reports, Verification Review Records
Perform HIL, SIL, and target-based testing for driver verification in compliance with ISO26262 and ASPICE process requirements.
Automate test cases using Python/Vector tools/ETAS INCA/CANoe.
Conduct coverage analysis (statement, branch, MC/DC for ASIL A-D ).Generate validation reports ensuring AUTOSAR compliance.
Participate in process assessments (e.g., ASPICE audits) and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with safety standards (ISO 26262) and experience in ASIL-oriented testing practices.
Knowledge of ASPICE compliance, testing lifecycle, and quality management systems.
Exposure to Agile/SAFE development frameworks in the automotive domain.
Familiarity with requirements and test management tools (e.g., Polarion, DOORS, Jama, HP ALM).
Familiarity in test case design techniques and requirements-based testing.
