Job DetailsPosition: Automotive Service Manager Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Automobile Service Industry) Education: Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical preferred) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed) Perks: Annual Bonus Shift: Day (Full Time) Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily service center operations and workshop staff. Manage customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely delivery. Coordinate with technicians for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Ensure adherence to service standards and process efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and report to management. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as Service Manager / Service Advisor (Automobile). Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
