In your role, you will be advising clients in the automotive industry on key areas such as Software-Defined vehicles, Engineering transformation, PLM, Connected vehicles, telematics, and infotainment system development. You should possess strong functional knowledge of at least one Vehicle software product Lifecycle Management and demonstrate excellent project management skills. Your responsibilities will include experience in requirement gathering, design, optimization, and implementation of business processes in product development or R&D for the industry. Additionally, you will deliver strategic market insights, conduct need gap analysis, and design customized solutions that align with client goals and project scope. Experience in implementing large scale engineering transformation programs in the fields of engineering, vehicle software development, and implementation is highly desirable, along with previous experience in validation and testing methodologies such as Virtual ECUs, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL). Your profile should demonstrate experience in conducting POCs, contributing to software solution development, and working with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development, continuous improvement, and faster delivery of client solutions. Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous. We understand the importance of flexible work arrangements in supporting our team members.
