We provide data science solutions for vehicle performance enhancement and work closely with academia to upskill future-ready engineers. Our expertise includes vehicle body structure engineering, crashworthiness, and the development of vehicle interiors and exteriors. Additionally, we offer advanced training modules on lightweighting, circular economy, and sustainability in transport design. Our founder, Satish Ullatil, brings over two decades of experience from leading Indian OEMs and aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Automotive Design Projects - Business Development Associate. The associate will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks also include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in crafting business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Effective Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the automotive or engineering sector is a plus
