Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift time: 2 PM to 11 PM

Education:

• Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or any other equivalent degree.

Experience:

• 5 - 7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical projects, making strategic technical decisions.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to define technical strategy.
• Influence architectural decisions at an organizational level.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Software development life cycle knowledge.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for code,processes, and system architecture.
• Extensive experience in leading complex projects.
• Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Collaboration and team-building skills.
• Expertise in software architecture.

• Strong understanding of UI Path tool and RPA tools, as well as desktop tool automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with front-end or back-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with software testing principles.
• Interest in application support or testing methodologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.
• Experience with large-scale system design.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Mentorship and coaching abilities.
