Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (Manual/Automation). Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Implement best practices for automation testing and continuous integration (CICD). Identify and mitigate risks through thorough testing processes. Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution. Design, create, and maintain test cases for automation. Extend QA automation frameworks and tools as needed. Perform all functions of an Automation QA Analyst Senior, including test case design, creation, and maintenance. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality assurance methodologies. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. Provide excellent oral and written communication within the team and across departments. Ensure a sound understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) automation concepts. Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: 8 years of overall experience in automation testing. 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Selenium WebDriver with C# and SpecFlow. Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies. Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of CICD concepts. Sound knowledge of BDD automation. Required Skills Selenium,Postman,Specflow,c#
