RTC Tek is hiring Automation Testers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to work on high-performance applications for a global retail leader. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts Execute automated and manual test cases across web and backend systems Work closely with QA, developers, and product teams to define test strategies Validate backend data using SQL queries Identify and report defects, and ensure comprehensive test coverage Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing efforts Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of experience in automation testing Proficiency in Selenium or similar test automation tools Strong skills in test scripting using Java, Python, or equivalent Experience with SQL for backend validation Solid understanding of QA processes and Agile methodologies Good to Have Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) Exposure to test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments is a plus Help us deliver software that works—every time, at scale.
