Job Description

As the Lead Automation Engineer at Guidehouse, your role will involve mentoring and developing a team of automation engineers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Providing technical oversight on automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects will be a key aspect of your role, where you will work closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Mentoring and developing a team of automation engineers - Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Providing technical oversight on automation and RPA projects - Working closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certifications in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or .Net - Knowledge of database management, APIs, and system integrations - At least 5 years of experience in RPA development or related roles - 5+ years in project management, process optimizations, and team leadership - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) - Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing and process mining tools - Understanding of automation use cases in domains such as healthcare and finance - Awareness of regulatory compliance standards for RPA (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Guidehouse offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects the commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
