About this opportunity:
Join the team at Ericsson as an Automation Architect. In this challenging and fast-paced environment, you'll use your expertise to understand our business needs and supporting data. Your focus will be identifying automation opportunities, defining the scope of automation, creating business cases, designing automation solutions, and collaborating with project managers and automation engineers to execute the automations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish Automation, AI & Analytics (AAA) India team and Transformation vision and strategy in set scope to drive business value through automation & Artificial Intelligence offerings
- Drive engagements towards set partners and organizations in Network Operations service delivery, network roll-out and network optimisation domain
- Influence Customer unit level priorities and roadmap to successfully handle the groundbreaking aspects of Ericsson’s automation and digitalization journey
- Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities through discovery assessments and align commitment with respective unit sponsors
- Manage overall program steering in the unit(s), performance, benefits realization, and long-term transformation agenda
- Collaborate with partners at different levels in the units and champion change and transformation enablement
To be successful in the role requirements are:
- Ability to influence across the organization, reliably leading change, originating ideas, encouraging, and gaining dedication
- Ability to communicate and drive engagement towards senior stakeholders
- The ability to mentor and guide the business transformation leads to assess automation opportunities across the business areas.
- Deep level of understanding and experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital transformation, one or more Automation, Analytics & AI technologies (AI, Data Analytics, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, low code, etc.)
- Good understanding of translating business strategy to automation and work to build plans to support transformation using technology.
- Excellent presentational skills and confidence in front of an audience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration
- Preferable IT environment/Software knowledge &Telco Network understanding.
