About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Integration Developer to build robust automation systems inspired by leading tools in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automation pipelines, AI/ML integrations, and enterprise-grade RPA solutions based on the guidance. This role involves rapid prototyping, visual workflow building, and ensuring seamless compatibility across cloud-native and legacy systems. The developer will deliver a comprehensive automation platform that incorporates functionalities similar to n8n, no-code integrations like Zapier, open-source flexibility with Activepieces, and advanced RPA with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development, RPA, or integration engineering.
• Experience in any of the tools and technologies such as
• Self-hosted automation: n8n or similar.
• Integration platforms: Zapier, Integromat/Make, and Activepieces.
• Microsoft suite: Power Platform, Logic Apps.
• RPA solutions: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Nintex.
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, with experience in custom model integration.
• Strong programming skills in one of the languages like Python, JavaScript, or C#, with knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with process management, workflow orchestration, and legacy system automation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting technical solutions are a must.
