Automation Engineer

Role & Responsibility:

• Integrate PLC systems with other automation components, such as HMI, & Servo systems, Stepper and industrial networks.
• Design and develop PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications, including process control, motion control, and machine automation.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.
• Program PLCs using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram, ensuring robust and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to define system requirements, develop specifications, and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC systems to ensure functionality, performance, and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and conducting training sessions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in EC, IC, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation, with a focus on PLC-based control system design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
