Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer at MORAIYA in an Automation Machine Manufacturing Company, your role involves developing, testing, and implementing robot programs specifically for KUKA, ABB, and Kawasaki robots. You will be responsible for performing robot installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at various customer sites. Additionally, you will support PLC programming, testing, and trials for different automation projects. It is essential to collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure the successful execution of automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and implement robot programs for KUKA, ABB, and Kawasaki robots. - Perform robot installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites. - Support PLC programming, testing, and trials for automation projects. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful execution of automation solutions. - Conduct system integration, debugging, and validation of robotic and PLC-based automation systems. - Provide technical support, training, and documentation for customers and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices during installation and operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in developing and implementing robot programs for KUKA, ABB, or Kawasaki robots. - Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
