• Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Control Panel Wiring Technician to join our electrical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing custom control panels for automation systems according to electrical schematics, layout drawings, and applicable codes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, hands-on experience in panel wiring, and a good understanding of electrical components used in automation systems. Key

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams. •
• Assemble and wire control panels according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, power supplies, and terminal blocks.
• Perform continuity checks and insulation resistance tests to ensure wiring integrity.
• Conduct panel testing and troubleshooting before final dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design engineers and project teams to resolve wiring or assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update wiring diagrams as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in automation control panel wiring and assembly.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control components (PLCs, relays, contactors, sensors, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with standard wiring tools, testing instruments, and best wiring practices.
• Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in panel testing and commissioning at client sites.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and other automation equipment.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
