Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, map out new workflows, and design efficient solutions.
Build and deploy automation using RPA, scripting (Python, SAP scripting , VBA)
Develop test plans, perform testing (UAT), and ensure solutions are reliable and meet specifications.
Create clear technical documentation, present findings, and train users on new automated features.
Work with business teams (IT, finance, sales) to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support for automated systems.

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience in process automation/scripting/SAP GUI automation preferred
Experience in automating finance or business operations processes
Good understanding of process mapping, workflow design and UAT
Ability to work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and communication skills
Self-driven, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple automation initiatives
