Role & responsibilities 1. Bioprocess Maintenance: Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of bioreactors, fermenters, autoclaves, centrifuges, and other upstream/downstream processing equipment. Carry out calibration and servicing of process sensors, control valves, and transmitters used in bioprocess applications. Maintain compliance with GMP practices during equipment handling and repair. Coordinate with the production and QA teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities as per SOP and regulatory standards. Implement equipment upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency. Skills Required: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of biopharma/injectable equipment.
