Instrumentation Executive/ Sr. Executive

Job Description: As an Executive/Senior Executive - Instrumentation at Zydus Biotech Park in Changodar, Ahmedabad, your primary responsibilities will include conducting preventive maintenance of plant/process equipment, performing calibrations, and ensuring the qualification of equipment and SCADA systems in compliance with 21 CFR guidelines. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting SCADA, PLC, and instruments as needed. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation such as log books, records, status labels, preventive maintenance records, deviations, change control, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) reports. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct preventive maintenance of plant/process equipment - Perform calibrations and ensure equipment and SCADA systems qualification in compliance with 21 CFR guidelines - Troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, and instruments as needed - Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation - Possess knowledge of various process equipment including Autoclaves, Bio-reactors, fermenters, and Lyophilizers - Implement safety procedures and practices such as Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), and work permits system Qualifications Required: - B.E. degree in Instrumentation and Control - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of various process equipment - Experience in implementing safety procedures and practices,
