Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD / SolidWorks Engineer, preferably with an M.Tech degree, to support our design and product development initiatives. The role will focus on mechanical design, 3D modeling, and prototype development for research and client projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorksCreate detailed drawings, assemblies, and part models as per specificationsAssist in R&D prototyping, product conceptualization, and design verificationCollaborate with project managers, researchers, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibilityRevise and update technical drawings based on feedback or design changesMaintain proper documentation of design iterations and version controlSupport patent drawing preparation and technical inputs for IP filings Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (3D modeling, rendering, drafting)Strong understanding of mechanical components, tolerances, and manufacturing processesKnowledge of GD&T, BOM preparation, and sheet metal/assembly designExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (3D modeling, rendering, drafting) Strong understanding of mechanical components, tolerances, and manufacturing processes Knowledge of GD&T, BOM preparation, and sheet metal/assembly design Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
