Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman (3+ years) with strong command of AutoCAD to prepare precise working drawings and interior detailing for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior projects.
• Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, false ceiling layouts, electrical & plumbing drawings, elevations & sectional details.
• Translate conceptual designs into accurate and practical working drawings.
• Coordinate with site execution team and adapt drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Revise drawings as per client, architect, or designer feedback.
• Conduct site measurements when required.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Interior Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Understanding of interior detailing, joinery & material specifications.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project layouts.
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D software is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.

Education:

Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture / Drafting
(or related technical qualification)
