Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural and interior projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Create design presentations, 3D visualizations, and mood boards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Prepare BOQs, material selections, and assist in budgeting
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety norms
• Utilize tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit for design documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; knowledge of Revit, Lumion is a plus
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and project management ability
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• On-site experience with a practical understanding of execution process
