AutoCAD Designer

Role Overview: As an AutoCAD Designer at the company, you will play a pivotal role in the design team, utilizing your expertise in 2D and 3D AutoCAD to create innovative designs for commercial and retail spaces in the UK and European markets. You will be engaged in the entire design process, from conceptualization to final-stage drafts, ensuring the projects meet the highest quality and creativity standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales representatives to gather project requirements. - Propose new retail ideas and create 2D concept layouts with mood boards. - Set and meet deadlines for drawing deliverables. - Work closely with the sales team to refine design layouts. - Collaborate with 3D Max designers to produce rendered presentations. - Create detailed drawings and elevations to effectively communicate design intent. - Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. - Stay updated on industry trends. - Assist the costing team in preparing bills of quantities. Qualifications Required: - Degree or certification in Design/AutoCAD. - Fluency in English. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of interior design principles. - Strong communication skills. - Experience with other design software/tools. - Self-organized team approach.
