AutoCAD Designer

We are hiring an AutoCAD Designer with hands-on experience in façade and elevation works, including ACP cladding, glazing, WPC, HPL, and aluminum systems. This role is NOT suitable for general AutoCAD designers without relevant façade experience. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and “to-go” drawings for façade and elevation systems (ACP, glazing, MS, aluminum, etc.). Develop precise 2D AutoCAD drawings based on architectural, structural, and consultant inputs. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure drawings reflect site conditions and technical requirements. Revise and update drawings based on consultant feedback and site variations. Maintain version control and proper documentation for all projects. Assist in BOQ take-offs and material requirement estimations from drawings. Provide technical drawing support during project execution. 📌 Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in façade or elevation drafting is mandatory. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D is a plus). Strong understanding of cladding systems, glazing details, and façade engineering standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Good communication and team coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. ✅ Preferred Attributes:Experience working with façade contractors. Knowledge of CNC cutting drawings and material optimization.
