Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to create high-quality 3D models, textures, designs, and visual effects for various projects (Manufacturing, furniture, architecture, products). The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas and 2D designs into compelling, high-quality three-dimensional models and visualizations for a variety of projects. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, artistic vision, and collaboration skills to deliver stunning visual content that meets our project goals and quality standards also candidate must be proficient in industry-standard software and passionate about visual storytelling and will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models of our product concepts so that customers can view and better visualize them and work with other team members to review product specifications and design appropriate models also implement visual effects, like customizing products with a customer’s branding, to prepare proofs for a customer’s approval. creating high-quality three-dimensional models and visual experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Asset Creation: Develop high-quality 3D models (hard surface, organic, environments) from concepts or references by using industry-standard software.
• Visualization: Create realistic 3D furniture model, motion graphics, and photorealistic renderings/visualizations.
• Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to develop storyboards, initial sketches, and prototypes.
• Technical Execution: Perform texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rigging, and optimize models for web/mobile/print or game engines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with creative, PPC Team and marketing teams; present work, gather feedback, and meet client objectives/brand guidelines.
• Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest 3D design trends, software, and industry standards.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliver assets on schedule, and troubleshoot design issues.
• Quality Assurance: Review and troubleshoot designs to ensure they meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Documentation and Presentation: Prepare detailed documentation, presentations, and visual materials for internal review and client approvals.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies in 3D design to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering work.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in relevant 3D modeling and animation software, such as [list specific software, e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, ZBrush].
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong artistic skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and openness to receiving and incorporating feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
