Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Parts Sales Representative located in Davangere. The responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying suitable auto parts, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a well-organized inventory. Additional duties involve supporting the sales team to meet targets, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and staying informed about automotive trends and product knowledge to optimize customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, products, and inventory management
• Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address customer needs
• Basic computer and data entry skills to manage transactions and inventory systems
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Previous experience in automotive or retail sales preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to automotive or sales are a plus
