Authorized Dealer Service Engineer

I. Background to the requirement

Our Client is a leading player in the 2-wheeler segment in India. Their sales channel consists of Authorized Main Dealers and Authorized Dealers (AD). (AMD) are large exclusive Dealerships. Smaller dealerships in the geography/territory are tagged to a Main Dealer. Main Dealer provides business expansion support to the Authorized Dealer which includes, sales support, service support. They also take accountability for nurturing the manpower of the AD. The current project is for hiring Service Engineers who will set up or develop the Service Centres of the Authorized Dealers (New or Existing).

II. Service Centre

Service Centres provide confidence to customers when they buy a two-wheeler from the dealer. The availability and training of service advisors/service supervisors and works managers are important for customer satisfaction and growth of the service centre. All service centres have responsibility of growing the genuine/spare parts/Oil / training members to ensure they have high customer satisfaction and repeat customers, timely hiring and training of AD manpower.

III. Requirement

1. Diploma / B-tech/BE – Mech or Automobile.

2. Male candidates only – job will have outstation and in-station travel – should be open to travel, including overnight travel

3. Two Wheeler with license – must

4. Preferred industry – Automobile (4 wheeler) / automotive (2wheeler)

5. Candidate should be presentable (All CVs should have a photograph of candidate)

6. Smart Phone for interviews

7. Basic computer skills - mails, Excel sheet

8. Local Language

9. Graduation from recognized university

10. Preferred experience : 1-3 Years

IV. Job Responsibilities

1.

a. Increase AD business by improving customer retention activities and conducting service promotional activities for all ADs (Camps, Customer meets, Engine Service Camp etc.).

b. To ensure and keep a track of service reminders, convert appointments into service with customer adherence tools and increasing the AMC.

c. Improve sales of Parts & Oil for serviced vehicles

d. Identify the scope to increase revenue in AD Workshop & Make them Profitable.

e. Ensure customer database updating and maintenance of data

f. Maintain relationship with Main Dealer and Authorized Dealer Staff
